KSL game audio

One of the things I like to do is to relisten to the games with the KSL archive. But the game audio from yesterday isn't on KSL.com yet. It has the pregame and postgame but no game audio. The 2009 season has the Texas A&M game audio.

I was just wondering if anyone knew if there was some kind of moratorium period before the audio could be posted online.

Where is the Greg Wrubell voice over video highlights from this game? Those are the best part of post-game victories.

The audio page says "due to NCAA restrictions audio will not be available." How can the NCAA copyright or restrict the KSL broadcast when Wrubell is neither a CBS or NCAA employee?
