Alright! The dispute hasn't hurt me at all but I'm happy for all the Cougar fans who it has hurt.



Now the next steps to getting more exposure is to get Dish Network to pick up the Mtn and get some of the more high profile games on CBS (not CBS College Sports) even if it's just the BYUvYewtah game or a game for one of the big three against a big time non-conference foe. I really don't know why CBS wouldn't want to do that, especially given the new interest and excitement over the MWC. There's still a few years left on the contract. They could get a bargain covering a MWC game compared to what they have to shell out to the SEC. They should at least do a few games to test the market.

Figures they'd get it back just as the FB and BB regular season are over. Great timing!

Still waiting for the Mtn. on Dish Network. Doesn't seem like people really care anymore. What really drives me nuts is that Comcast is the majority owner of the Mtn. yet they don't provide the channel in all of their markets. Makes no sense at all.

In all honesty, I'm a huge cyclist and cycling fan. I was worried I wouldn't get to watch the Tour this summer, but it's good to know that all will be well.

While I made the comment in jest, I actually do enjoy watching the Tour de France. I don't watch any other cycling, but every year I have a strange fixation with getting up every morning at the butt-crack of dawn to watch the different stages. It's kind of like my fixation with 24---I'm not keen on the idea, and at the end of every season I tell myself "never again," but as the next season draws nearer, I decide "I'll give it two episodes and see if it's improved." Then, improved or not, I am sucked in and regardless of production quality (or racing drama) I am in for the long haul.

My highlight each day is when they announce who gets the polka dot jersey.
