A bad weekend and it gets worse, Robert Jordan passes away

It was already a bad weekend, the hated Utes beating UCLA and BYU falling short against Tulsa.

Then I come into the office this morning and find that my beloved favorite author, Robert Jordan passed away over the weekend.

I've been reading Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series since shortly after the first one came out back in 1990. I wish the family well in this sad time for them.
