Only up 5 on AF with 4 minutes to play...

I'm probably an evil person, but I tuned in around halftime and was MORE than pleased to hear the announcers say Dairese Gary suffered a lower-back strain in the 1st half and was playing through it. Give it two days to tighten on up, hey, any little bit helps...

AF played a good game and even outscored UNM in the second half. UNM has struggled with AF in their last 2 meetings. Winning by a combined 9 points. I was cheering for AF the whole time. UNM has replaced UNLV for 2nd place on my most hated list in basketball right behind the :utard:



I do think the SDSU-CSU game will be a good one. CSU has played some good basketball as of late.

AFA knows how to play UNM, just doesn't have the talent to beat them. They do not run with UNM and force them to play half court, then try to make them work and out execute them.



UNM likes to get out and run, and play at a fast pace---like us. If they are shooting it poorly from outside, and have ti play at a slower pace, they are vulnerable. AFA has showed it twice.
