Morrill reprimanded...is his incident the same as Alford?

Just saw this and curious if it is the same or a similar situation as the Alford and Tav altercation. I know the Alford/Tav incident is old news but still just curious on everyone's thoughts.

Yea Kiwi, Boylen gave it to Gordon Monson and it was Steve Alford from NM that cussed at JT.

The big difference is that Morrill actually admitted he did something wrong and apologized - 2 things I don't think Alford ever accomplished.
