We're finding ourselves at the feet of March Madness with perhaps the best men's basketball team we've ever had. Our hopes are high for the tournaments and much of our hears will again be invested in BYU athletics. All this after another stellar football season, finishing in the top-15. The future in both sports looks as bright and promising as ever, top recruits, great coaches and a ever growing fan base, spreading far and wide all over the world, ever loyal, strong and true. Surely nothing like the sorry truly classless, bandwagon :utard: s.
We are either alumni (as in my case), students, or in other ways affiliated with one of America's best universities (as experts would confirm that a 71 ranking does no justice to the institution). We're know for a body of smart, multi-lingual, hard-working, integrate individuals, highly respected virtually everywhere. In so many ways the letters BYU are a banner of our faith. The "Y" logo is found on the back of cars all over America as individuals are thrilled to be associated with BRIGHAM YOUNG UNIVERSITY.
In early September last year the phrase "WE ARE BYU" was displayed on the world's largest jumboTron in the brand new Dallas Cowboys stadium.
That phrase and this thought triggers, if there is such, humble pride, and most definitely gratitude.
And now, let's go and take care of March Madness, we've got a tournament to 3-0 in and gameS to win in the NCAA.
