Coach Grimes was very good at including his staff and excepting their input. Coach Clark is a pretty humble man and from what I have heard is the he is very, very good at breaking down film. It looks like what made BYU O so good was all the different input put in by the O staff.

He has the whole line, he has so much responsibility and so much depends on that person for the success of the offense. Itâs going to be a big, big hire for A-Rod, Kalani (Sitake) and Tom (Holmoe)."
