Wyoming- They lost Afam for the season, and another top player quit the team. A 3rd has been slightly hobbled. Their current best healthy player, Waddell, is better known for a backflip fall after a dunk. Their coach is an ex-BYU guy and is almost universally hated by the fans for his losing ways at this point. I don't expect him to last in Laramie.



BYU is without Lamont Morgan Jr. still. We will likely play without Hartsock (knee), and Emery will be playing with a bruised, swollen thumb.



The Cowboys like to run a lot, like to score a lot, like to play tough, aggressive defense, and like to rebound. But they are still terrible, 8th in our conference. BYU will win by double digits. Don't you think?

I've got BYU by 20 in this one. Should be over pretty quick.



Thanks for the reminder about the backflip. I watched it at least 10 times and laughed harder every time I saw it. Besides being funny, it was a scary moment where you're glad the guy came out of it ok.

Hartsock played 18 minutes, but finished with just 2 points and 3 rebounds... Chris Miles, are there two of you now? Just kidding... Miles had 5 points, 5 rebounds.



Haws was back this game with 22 points and 8 rebounds. He only shot 40% but was 10-of-10 from the free throw line.



JT had another great game too! 17 points on 7-of-12 shooting, 3 3-pointers (team high), 8 rebounds (team high), 2 steals (team high), 2 assists.



The worst play of the game was Abouo going 3-on-1 on a fast break, trying to finish it himself instead of passing, and failing.

Stoked on my first win! I was watching the game last night and thinking back to last year and "the shirt" controversy. Does anyone else remember that?



My last area on the mish was Laramie and although there are a lot of good people, there's also a lot of hatred. I'm glad I-80 was snowed in and the "F You BYU" crowd wasn't in full force.



We need to do to SDSU and UNM what we've shown on the road this past week, put the game away and put it away early.
