Good Idea or Bad Idea?

This was send to Raider Damuni as part of BYU's recruiting pitch--what are your thoughts?

And basically BYU has ignored him since he committed because he committed so young and he's Jack Damuni's kid and as everyone always said, Kalani can always bring in the legacy kids, no problem. They never transfer out to go play for Utah because they are being under utilized and left without development.... I think I get it now.

Sounds desperate to me.

THIS is one of KS's biggest weaknesses.



Damuni was taken for granted. Damuni's teammate (who has had 4 brothers play at BYU) has been taken for granted (or ignored) ... but is drawing offers from Utah, Cal, Washington, Stanford.



These are players in BYU's backyard and legacy players ... they should never be lost (unless just not good enough).



The wins and losses also are big factors for these two kids ... neither of them are excited about BYU football because it is not a winning program. And I suspect that is a common perception from good recruits.
