The 5-foot-11, 196-pound native of Boca Raton, Florida, played in just one game as a true freshman in 2016, then broke out for 279 yards and two touchdowns on 55 carries a year later.
During his time at Utah, Henry-Cole was taught by missionaries and baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, with former Utah star Chase Hansen performing the baptism in 2018.
A sociology major at Utah, Henry-Cole is not listed as a graduate transfer in the NCAA transfer portal, according to a source with knowledge of the portal. He's spent four years on the Hill, with one year of eligibility remaining â but he saw significant playing time in just two seasons.
