Sitake: Coaching changes have been made, but no announcement made

Even Jarom Jordan is saying Sitake is in no place with the fans to be able to say "we fixed it, don't worry" and not fill them in on what is happening on the staff.



So let's see if anyone knows what they are.....

What a silly thing for Sitake to say. Next we will have Trump declaring war but declining to say on who....Or BYU declining to say who called a pass on third and short...oh wait....

Hopefully he's been relieved of head coaching duties

There have been no changes. We are still going to see Tuiaki calling 3 man rushes on every down and we will continue to get torched by comfortable QB's. We will probably beat a couple teams next year we have no business beating and we will lose to a few teams we have no business losing to. We will either end up 5-7 or 7-5 after the regular season next year and Holmoe will be happy because Sitake is a good ole boy LaVell guy.

CB post claims that recruiting coordinator Alema Fitisemanu was going to have his duties changed as part of Sitake's staff changes this offseason and AF felt he was being demoted and so resigned. So it sounds like there will be a new recruiting coordinator going forward.

To be fair, recruiting has been the worst it's been since the 40s and 50s. It's not necessarily a bad change.

Assuming that he was the problem with recruiting I agree with you. If he wasn't the problem, however then we're just seeing shuffling of deck chairs on the Titanic

Yeah, I highly doubt he was actually the problem. But who knows, maybe we'll end up with a glass better than 78 next year.

There's nothing wrong with a #78 recruiting class--we're squarely between UNLV (#77) and the Ragin' Cajuns of Louisiana (who I honestly thought was a D-II team until 10 seconds ago) (#79).

On another note ... we do know there is a coaching change too! AJ Steward left and we have a new running backs coach named ... oh wait, THAT decision has been delayed ... smh

Offense Graduate Assistant Harvey Unga is filling the RB Coach role for the spring practice period. This to me is not a big deal, but I guess everyone can wring their hands about whatever they want.
