UMass's Video Media Rights Strategy w/ flosports

It would be interesting to see how much UMass got for their football rights between the NESN/FloSports deal. I would imagine they would love to have a nationwide tv carrier pick up their rights, but it must be tough for an indy program like UMass to draw much interest--especially nationwide--given the state of their football program.

The rumor I heard was that BYUtv made an offer to get the rights but that their offer did not include any money and was solely exposure and X number of advertising spots on BYUtv during the game.
