BYU on 3 and 1

BYU has been flat out terrible on 3rd and 1 this season. In fact, year over year with Sitake, BYU has become worse every season on 3rd and 1, to the point where BYU is under 50% this season on 3rd and 1. Think about that.

Tough to argue with that take.

The reason BYU sucks on 3rd and 1 this year is because Jeff Grimes doesn't just smash mouth it on 3rd and 1, he tries to get cute. If you can't put a fullback in the game and get 1 yard on a dive up the middle, you need a new offensive line.
