We beat Stanford on the road.

We lost to a much better performing San Diego team but if our youth continue to develop we'll beat them at their place. Grace Wee made some impressive digs and Riley Lyman really emerged with more than a few amazing digs against really good hits. I don't recall seeing Riley playing front row much but she had some careful hits with no errors. She went out with an injury - it looked like she was avoiding the net after a hit and hurt her elbow - but if she wasn't hurt we probably would have won. The rest of the team played as expected.

Hopefully it won't be de ja vu, with UCLA winning the "play in" game and then knocking BYU out of the tourney.
