Anyone know what was up with him sitting nearly the whole night?

Hurt his forearm yesterday and got hit in the head tonight. Good night to sit him and let Abouo play.

Coach Rose said the elbo collision with his head knocked him pretty silly, so he stayed out, and will be checked out to make sure he is alright. They don't think it is a concussion or anything.
