How does the "exremely quick" comment synch with the "slow" tag he carried into the draft? :roll:

It should be read as, "now that we've actually seen him play - because we were too lazy to watch any film on him while he was at BYU (and can you really blame us, I mean a white WR from BYU is going to good in the NFL?!) - we've realized that he is extremely quick and a very good NFL wid receiver."

Wes Welker = extremely quick



Piere Garcon = fast



You draw your own conclusions as to what the difference in appearance is between these two players and why they are labeled differently when it basically means the same thing.

Wes Welker = Extremely Quick = Effective.

Piere Garcon = Fast = Effective.

Austin Collie = Quick = Nimble = Vacuum = Effective.

This quote was at the bottom of the Peyton Manning resigning article in USA Today:



"You have to be able to keep the (Pierre) Garcons and (Austin) Collies," he said. "They're going to be coming up."



Just found it very interesting that it was these two guys, Collie, and not some veterans on the team, or some key defensive player, but Collie. Cool.
