The 1st Wednesday of February: Signing Day
"Contact"- Unlimited phone calls. In-person visits allowed on campus, at high schools, in homes.
"Quiet"- No in-person visits, unless it's on-campus.
"Dead"- No in-person visits. Only 1 phone call from coaches per recruit per week.
