I'm over it. That was our worst-played game so far and it was probably due to the atmosphere. I can accept that loss np. UNM is not better than us, we just made too many bonehead plays/non-plays.

We played worse against USU, a much worse team than UNM.

we should also give it up to the lobos for doing just enough in the end to keep BYU at bay. They made some clutch free throws and some amazing shots at the end.



Cougars made a number of bone-headed plays in this one, but still made a great game out of it. Heart-breaking we took the lead with 2 minutes to play, just to give it right back... next time we'll hold on.



I think the best thing is we take this loss early in conference play rather than at the end.

Yep. Still ...... Ugggghhhhhh!!!!!!!!

I'm over it. They way I see it, UNM played with more intensity, took better shots and had a rowdy home crowd behind them. Despite those advantages, we still had a chance to beat them right up to the last minute of the game.



It's all good.

Next time, we won't have to hold on. We'll lead buzzer to buzzer. By a LOT! :) :) We won't have another game this bad, especially against the Lobos. Come on Saturday! :munch: :munch: :munch:
