This is a great addition. He's a solid, strong RB that can get the tough, short yardage...what Ula Tolutau would have brought to the offense ...and what might have made the difference last year against Boise, Cal, and Northern Illinois.



He definitely upgrades the RB position group for 2019.

I listened to his interview on 960ESPN and to Hans Olsen's analysis of him today. I would agree with Hans that he is a good get as far as depth, but there is nothing out there in his past that says he'll be anything exceptional. It does sound like he was attracted to BYU partly because of academics. His experience is a good thing. Thus far I don't believe any grad transfer has been a negative experience.
