64 teams and they only found spots for 7 teams outside of the P5 (including BYU)...and completely left out C-USA? Hardly any Cinderalla factor in ESPN's concoction.



There are usually about 9-10 non-P5 schools receiving votes in the final pre-bowl polls (top-40 or so)....about 20-25% of the teams receiving votes. You would need to give at least 10-12 spots to the G5 in a 64-team tournament.

That’s pretty terrible. At minimum conference champs should have an auto bid and there would definitely be more g5 / independent representation over all.
