Jake Heaps is 1st Team Parade HS All-America

"News is starting to leak out regarding the Parade High School All-America Football Team. BYU signee Jake Heaps, quarterback, will make the first team and named the top quarterback of seven QBs on the 58-player list.

Heaps is already enrolled at BYU and expects to participate in spring drills. The Parade magazine will appear in newspapers on Sunday, Jan. 31."

No, we're idiots if we don't start the best QB on this team. If he shows that he's the best QB on the team, then yes we're idiots if we don't start him. We are idiots if we declare him the starter before the competition has even begun.

I might be tooting my own horn, but frankly, I'm not not an idiot no matter who Bronco starts at QB next year. ;)

I don't know who will start next fall, but I think it would be kinda cool if Nelson gets the nod for the USU game . . . just because.
