That is great! I watched the highlights. Gonzaga is number 1 whether they rank them there or not. BYU should be moving up in the rankings. Childs didn't have his 6th double double but had 28 points in a 105 to 78 win over Rice. The young guys are working well with the upperclassmen and making significant contribution. This was Rice's 3 loss in 6 games.

CBS sports has Gonzaga at no. 1 where they should be. There are a lot of undefeated teams and one loss teams so it will take a while to sort things out. I'm happy for GU and feel it is an opportunity for BYU if they can beat them again and avoid their yearly pitfalls.

We have some big games this week. SD and LMU on the road. The computer says we are underdogs for both but our D is playing better. Win these 2 and we will strengthen our grip on 2nd place and get a nice jump in our rating. It will be hard but we can do it.

On the broadcast they had both SF and SM as first 4 out. they rightfully are on the bubble. We should get at least 2 bids. They had PAC with 2 bids but everyone says they are a 1 bid league.

After SF lucked out and beat us, they lose their last 3 games taking the 4th seed. We are the 3 seed in the conference tournament.

If SMC makes it to the finals the WCC might get two bids. Or, if someone miraculously beats Gonzaga in the WCC tourney.
