Our defense sucks.



Tate is 5 for 5.

So...based on the first series here, the defense doesn't look any better and the offense doesn't look any better either.

Nice sack from Corbin. Nice pass break up from Takitaki. Second series D seemed a little tighter.

Mangum missing on two potential deep throws so far.

Beautiful series to open 2nd Q. Excellent 30 yarder to Aleva Hifo. Excellent up the gut run by Squally. The offense looks much better here.



Having BYU draw first blood is huge! Here we go baby!

Receivers are playing tough so far.

Too bad Squally couldn't get another 2 inches on 3rd down

Wish we had gone for it on 4th.

The biggest difference I've noticed is the offensive line opening holes for squally and Grimes doing a good job of getting the ball into the playmaker's hands

I don't mind committing to the run and giving up a pass IF WE ACTUALLY STOP THE RUN!

Really stupid penalties cost us that drive! 12 guys on the field. Unnecessary roughness hitting out of bounds. Ugh.

The penalty on Corbin for the out of bounds unnecessary roughness was uncalled for. It looks like he let up. This was a kinda lame call.

Yeah that Arizona TD drive was an ugly one for our D. Our inability to get off the field in 3rd and long never ceases to amaze me. No change there this year.



Overall though, I'm happy with where we're at. Down 3 at the half and we get the ball to start the 3rd

Defense cost us the lead. Wilcox doesn't belong on the field.
