UMass Preview 2018 Game #10

Someone said that UMass was better than BSU. They do have a very good WR.

I predict that we pad some stats and get bowl eligible over the next two weeks!

BYU will miss Wilcox in the secondary. He was playing really well after some frustrating PI calls in game 1 against Arizona. UMASS likes to go deep and they have some good receivers.



But UMASS is in no way a better team than BSU. If the Cougars come to play, they should win this going away.

Wilcox was my least favorite DB.

He's a great player. He should be playing on Sundays. He accounted for more than half of their passing offense and nearly 40% of their total offense. And he did that on only 9 receptions. BYU certainly doesn't have anybody like him.

But those stats are more than a bit misleading given the quality of competition he's put them up against. Triple OT probably helped, too.

And, I know our offense has been inconsistent, but UMass has given up about 500-600+ yards and 50+ points to each of Ohio, Liberty, Florida International, BC, and South Florida? Wow. Please join that club, Grimes!
