Las Vegas Bowl dropping MWC for SEC

Looks like the Las Vegas Bowl is dropping the hapless MWC in favor of the SEC. Yet another reason why it's good that the Cougars got out of that terrible conference.

It will become a P5 vs P5 bowl and move up in the stable of PAC 12 bowls. Reports are surfacing the the SEC is favored to replace the MWC.

This combined with the PAC announcement that teams with losing records will be ineligible for bowl games could help BYU out a bunch. A back up deal for the PAC in one of the LV, Cactus, or FF bowls would be a much better situation than we have now.
