I can see his frustration and desire to protect his family. It's nice to see he is so loyal to his family. We still don't have any news or results of any investigation into Nick Emery accepting gifts that violate the rules of the NCAA. With Nick leaving NCAA jurisdiction for the last year, we likely won't hear anything unless he does choose to return to BYU. One of the rumors I've heard is that BYU will voluntarily suspend Nick for up to 10 games next season in order to close down the investigation.

That's the kind of tweet I would have done in my 20's or 30's - definitely not in my 40's though.

It's immature and makes him look petty. Apparently the Emery's all have tempers.

I understand the feeling. In this country it seems to some that freedom of the press is guaranteed only to those who own the press. Jackson is reacting to that.

It's an understandable reaction, but an ill advised tweet.
