Softball 2018

We started the season ranked. Lost our first 4 games against ranked opponents. Won the next 4 so we are 4-4 now. Hitting a lot of homeruns but pitching has been a problem initially.

I took my daughters to the tournament in Palm Springs. Hitting was good when they weren't facing number one opposing pitchers. Fielding was an issue in the games we watched which is worrisome about the coaching. Pitching was kind of so so. It's really tough when someone like McKenna Bull leaves. Hopefully we won't have the same kind of drought in pitching as in quarterbacking after Max Hall left.



I guess I've got 8 and 11 years to get my daughters ready, right?
