2010 Top 25 Poll from SI.com

This is a very early estimation of the polls for next year, but at least they are giving BYU enough respect to include them in the top 25 at #24. Puktah comes in at #25, with TCU riding high at #7.

#7 is good for a MWC to start.

Who does TCU lose?



Hughes and Washington, right? That defense will NOT be the same without them. And without that defense BYU's offense is going to be hard to contain. They'll still be solid though.

I think TCU loses some DBs too. I think Rafael Priest is gone.

Every coach in the MWC is going to study the Fiesta Bowl film to see how Boise beat TCU. I expect some changes in how team play TCU.



And on the other hand, I'm not convinced TCU is so invincible. Utah beat them a year ago. Dalton was pretty awful against Boise. Dalton seems to be impressive when he has plenty of time in the pocket and no pressure; and pretty bad when he doesn't.



And if TCU loses Patterson (I'm betting he stays), the program could be much different from last year.
