Said to be very much a RPO/Spread type QB.

If he wants to play QB at the FBS level, he's going to need to start eating. You won't last long in the modern game at 177 pounds.

He and TJ need to be the last to leave the table.

The Scout story on his commitment lists him at 190.

The 247 article on him listed him at 175 so I'm guessing that is old info. For reference, Koy Detmer is listed at 175--but is a whole 7 inches shorter.

Does this make anyone excited for the future of QB at BYU?

Based on recent interviews, he's a cool kid. Great attitude, hard worker.

It sounds to me like there is a deep talent pool there ... now if we can only find out what offense we'll be running, who'll be coaching, etc ...

Maybe Holmoe is setting us up for the tripple option.
