Think we'll finish behind Air Force next year?

I'm with you, Mars. I don't think that we take out TCU next year, but think that we will beat :utard: and AF, both in the conf. race, and on the field.

We may struggle out of conference, but in conference I see only TCU and Utah pushing us. The game is at RES, so Utah, which returns a QB, has the edge. We thump AFA like usual because our D will shut them down--just like this year.

I think AFA will be better than Utah next year. TCU should run away with the championship, with us and AFA battling it out for 2nd. I put Utah at 4th.

What a bunch of pansies. Freak, it's January! How about some OPTIMISM!

Here's my projected order of finish:

1. BYU

(distant)2. TCU (We shock #3 ranked TCU 34-24 in Dallas, as new frosh QB Jake Heaps grows up before our eyes, and hands the Horny Toads their only loss of the season)

3. Air Force - they FINALLY figure out how to beat the :utard: , instead of just coming close.

4. Wyoming - SURPRISE!

5. SDSU - best turn-around season in the conference

6. :utard: - after coach Kyle Whittingham leave the :utard: for the warmer climes of Los Angeles to coach the Trojans, :utard:'s new coach Kyle Gunther can't seem to keep the team focused on anything other than urinating on Y logos in the bathrooms. Unfortunately, he's mistakenly put these logos in the sinks...

7 - 9 you pick'em - UNLV, CSU, UNM

And just for the fun of it, my predicted order of pac-0 finish:

1. Who cares

2. Who cares

9. USC - in coach Kryle Whittlessham's maiden voyage, the team hits an iceberg...but coach Whittlessham isn't smart enough to realize it. After suffering their most embarrassing season in decades, a 4-8 finish with head-scratching losses to Washington State and Bo Diddly Tech, the boosters agree to give coach Whittlessham his very own SUV (which they have to first confiscate from Barkley) provided he use it to drive off into the sunset and never come back. Unfortunately, Kryle Whittlessham then becomes a color analyst on The Mtn.

SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP. As much as I am critical of Broco's soft approach, at least he goes into EVERY game expecting to WIN. So when someone asks whether you think BYU will beat TCU, or if we finish behind Air Force, speak from the Cougar heart, not that stupid rational mind, who cares about your opinion, BE A FAN.

WIth the D we have returning, the O-line coming back, and Unga returning, pressure will be off the QB to win games next year. I like us at 9-3. I want to see Harvey run wild in Tallahassee!

We were 1-0 in Texas this past season.

And BSU showed what can happen to Andy Dalton under pressure.

TCU will not be invincible. Especially with Washington and Hughes and co gone on that D. Utah took a step back last year too with their D losses. TCU is gonna be good, but not unbeatable.

And wouldn't it be sweet if Tennessee nabbed Coach Patterson? They should.

WOW, what brought that on? I didn't do anything to your mother or your three year old daughter. On most threads, I have given us a MUCH higher chance than most other posters. If you'll take note, I am about the only one who gives us ANY chance against FSU (I think we will win), and have gone on record saying that Bronco will respond well to TCU next year. I certainly believe that we are the most likely to beat TCU next year, and am about as blue goggled as any fan there is, but really, do I believe that we will go undefeated on a major rebuilding year? A tiny bit of realism isn't heresy. I fully expect us to win 10 plus next year, but if I were a voter in the pre-season poll, I would have to be honest, and vote TCU first.

I would be terribly dissappointed in Bronco and the team if they didn't go into every game expecting to win, and I expect them to win every individual game. I would, however be setting myself up for major dissappointment if I couldn't see the possibility that we won't go undefeated every year. Next year, we rebuild. We also do VERY well! The following year, WATCH OUT!!!

Please be true to your screen name and unite, not divide. I AM A FAN, with a right to my opnion, and shouldn't be degraded for stating it.
