sageI got the chance while reffing the UTEshoot to talk with one of the recruiters for Utah. He made some interesting points. He was over my field so he walked around a lot to look at talent. He said it is good to be able to get the kids on campus and in this competetive situation. It is definitly different than just watching film. Here he said he could watch the players reacting to different plays... how they deal with their qb... Do they yell at him. Do they work hard. What kind of demeanor they have. It was interesting to hear, and logical. Made sense that this is a great way to analyze talent, as well as see the player in a real competion environment.
