BYU not even in Jamora's Top 4

Sad. Like Mars said, we probably don't have half the story.

I heard that Chad Lewis was so upset about a conversation he had with Bronco about not being able to be a coach, he started phoning up recruits to get them to decommit...



it's either that, or Jamora didn't feel that BYU fans were judgmental enough for him...

I have no knowledge of the situation, but he is from Kahuku. Shiloah Teo is from Kahuku and returned there after being dismissed from the team and withdrawing from the university. I wouldn't be surprised if he painted a less than pretty picture for friends/former teammates who asked if they would like BYU.

The part that makes no sense is to commit to BYU and then say you wish you had been courted by other schools, decommit to BYU and then leave BYU off the list entirely while being courted by the other schools. I'm pretty sure he just realizes there's no playing time at the Y for him and he wants to go to a lesser program for that opportunity. Good luck to him.

I question the judgment of any kid that decommits from BYU in order to consider Oregon St (who BYU just beat), Washington (who BYU beat last year and will beat next year) and Hawaii (who is just garbage). At least BSU is a decent team he's considering. I guess he's only 3/4ths moron.

Bingo! Bullseye! Hit the nail! I think Shiloah Teo has some discussions w/ local Jamora.



Shiloah is disappointed, hurt, angry & bitter. I think the conversations "poisoned the well." Speculation - but very logical & probable. Too bad. Too bad. Jamora could've been part of a team this going to kick some heavy ass in the next 3-4 years.

I hope he comes to the recruit weekend and see the team first hand. He should relie on what a dismissed player says unless he is living the same lifestyle as that person.
