Hey, I lived in West Virginia for almost 8 years. I got so sick of WV jokes. If I have to hear the one about the tooth brush being invented there again I'll strangle someone. In reality, we lived in the "panhandle" and it wasn't as "hill billy", as we were 50 miles west of Washington DC. We had a house on the Shenandoah River and life really was almost heaven. I loved it there.

I have a son who lives there now -- in the Charles Town/Harper's Ferry area. Pretty nice upscale area. But I still joke with him about how his son and daughter can marry each other now and he will only have to pay for one wedding.
