LIKELY STARTERS - SAFETY

Kai Nacua 6'2"/215 SR... started 12 games LY, 66 tackles, 6 INT's, 6 PBU. Ball-hawking safety should be a major impact player again.

Micah Hanneman 6'0"/205 JR... started 13 games LY at corner. 46 tackles, 2 INT's, 7 PBU. Coach Lamb has been openly praising Hanneman's talent and instincts at safety.



COMPETING FOR 2-DEEP - SAFETY

Matt Hadley 6'0"/205 JR... played in 11 games LY, started 2, collecting 17 tackles, 2 PBU. Strong candidate to emerge this year.

Zayne Anderson 6'2"/200 SO... former 3-star recruit played in 8 games LY, mostly special teams. Has been making noise in fall camp so far.

Chris Badger 6'0"/197 SR... the Notre Dame transfer played in 13 games LY, mostly special teams. Will he finally make some noise as a senior?

Tanner Jacobson 5'10"/185 SO... played in 13 games (starting 4) for Texas Tech in 2013, leading all Big 12 freshmen in tackles with 47.

Akile Davis 6'2"/198 SO... former 3-star WR prospect switched to corner in Spring. Coaches have praised his physicality potential at corner.

Dayan Lake 5'11"/200 FR... the former 4-star prospect (Scout.com) red-shirted last season.

Michael Shelton 5'8"/175 SO... played in 12 games LY, started 2. 25 tackles, 1 INT, 2 PBU.



WILDCARD AT CORNER

Isaiah Armstrong 6'2"/193 SO... freshman JC transfer. Played in 8 games for Riverside CC LY as a freshman collecting 19 tackles, 3 INT's, 5 PBU.
