Lady Volleyball 2016-17

Ranked #13. I am afraid about this season. We lost our last all star and hope some of the new recruits can take that spot.

Moved up to #10. The freshman McKenna Miller got the BYU Invitational Tournament MVP.

Still undefeated. Beat Ohio St on the road to win their tournament.

Man, that was frustrating last night. Thought we'd pull it out.

Swept #5 SD tonight. Our best win of the season. Wonder where our ranking will move up to? Got a shot at hosting the first round.

We were ranked #16 this week. SD has an impressive resume beating UCLA and Stanford this year.

Should be a nice RPI boost too.

Conference ranked #5 with BYU #5.

4 recruits for next year. Two are top 100. One is 6' 7" Sara Hamson, Jennifer's sister. Future looking bright but we did not get any middle blockers.

San Diego lost at home to Portland 3-2 on November 10 so we're tied for the lead. If BYU wins out they'll at least tie for Conference Champion.

Will start the tournament as #13 seed hosting Princeton on Friday. Utah plays UNLV in other game.

Swept both teams. Faces #4 seed next. I would really like to beat them again. We beat them a couple years ago in the semifinals I believe.

Leading #4 Texas 20-19 in set one.

We fell in 5 sets. Didn't quite have enough to do it. Weren't able to close out set 1 and 5. We did come back down 0-2 in sets.



Texas finally beat us at something.
