New season of AFR started yesterday

Great to see it start back up, it means the season is getting closer! They actually reviewed the Miracle Bowl yesterday and what happened.



Even though I have seen the game multiple times, I forgot about all the "miracles" that happened in that game, not just the last play. Clay Brown's first TD catch where he was crossing the middle, had to reach behind him with his left hand, bring it in and trap it against his leg, pick it up and out race everyone to the endzone. Vai Sikahema's punt return for a TD second's before the end of the half. We all know what happened in the last 2:50 mins, TD, recovered an onside kick, TD, hold them on down's, blocked punt and then Jim's 3rd attempt in the endzone for the TD.



Exciting game, even though I knew the outcome, I was still cheering and had a huge smile on my face!



Hoping for many more miracles this season!!

I've watched that game multiple times on byutv.com and even having seen it multiple times and knowing what the outcome is, it is still hard to believe that it actually happens until you see it happen. That is the most incredible comeback win in the history of sports.

To a certain extent that game was reminiscent of the 2010 BYU-Utah game. In that game, BYU was in complete control and Utah needed about 9 bounces to all go their way to win. They all did and Utah won.



BYU needed ab bunch of bounces and plays to go their way in 1980. They all did and BYU won.
