MOST LIKELY STARTERS

OLB - Fred Warner 6'4"/230 JR - breakthrough season LY (67 tackles, 4.0 sacks, 11.5 TFL, 2 INT's, 4 FR's). He is ready to become a star play-maker this season.

MLB - Harvey Langi 6'3"/250 SR - was still learning the position LY, but sheer talent propelled him to 68 tackles, 4.5 sacks, 6.5 TFL, 2 INT's. I expect a star caliber season this year.

OLB - Francis Bernard 6'1"/240 SO - we saw his rare power/speed/agility combination LY at RB. The coaches believe he has big potential as a LB.



MOST LIKELY 2-DEEP CANDIDATES

MLB/OLB - Butch Pau'u 6'0"/223 SO - played in 8 games LY, 8 tackles, including 3 against Fresno. Talented recruit (3/4 star with offers from Nebraska, Washington, etc)

MLB - Austin Heder 6'2"/240 SR - played in 13 games LY, started 2, collected 12 tackles, 1 QBH.

OLB - Scott Hunstman 6'4"/227 SO - will the former walk-on from Texas with all the "super athletic and fast" camp hype LY break through this year?

OLB/MLB - Lene Lesatele 6'2"/245 JR - saw limited action in 4 games LY, will he crack the 2-deep as a junior?

MLB - Va'a Niumatalolo 6'2"/238 JR - saw limited action in 3 games LY, will he crack the 2-deep as a junior?

MLB - Phillip Amone 6'0"/240 SO - played mostly on special teams LY. 2-star recruit out of Florida.
