Scholarship withdrawal casualties

Per Loyal Cougars, they list Toloai Ho Ching as having not had his scholarship renewed and opted not to continue on as a walk-on. He would have been a Junior FB out of Alta HS--but was listed 3rd on the spring depth chart behind Alge Brown and Sophomore walk-on Brayden El-Bakri. He played in 8 games in 2014 and 8 in 2015 before suffering a season ending injury. His career totals in 2 seasons include 3 rushing attempts for 10 yards.

Interesting, I thought he was one of our most effective full backs.

Caden Haws (true freshman OL from Arkansas) initially said he would play a year before leaving on a mission. However, that apparently has changed with the other OL transfers they have coming in.

So this would open up another scholarship for 2016 and 2017.
