Bronco in Bowl Games

Right now Bronco is 3-2 in bowl games. Lavell had a career mark of 7-14-1. Operating under the assumption that BYU will continue to go bowling in each year under Bronco, when does Bronco reach 8 bowl victories?

I hope we start getting Utah type bowls, where we face 1 quality opponent once in a decade, and lots of pretenders the rest of the way...actually, I do prefer playing in better bowls, but Bronco will get us 5-0 if we keep preparing the way we did for OSU, that's the best bowl team i've seen...I was in the stadium and the players had a look of intensity from the beginning. I'll be reminding Bronco next year of that to keep it going.

I don't think Bronco will be around a whole lot longer, so I could see him not breaking the record. Especially after one of his teams wins the nat'l title. He'll be gone.



BTW, Y&Brit, we already do play Utah type bowls. The LV Bowl. :)

Good point. I personally don't think Bronco will still be the coach beyond 2020.
