Whittingham has another guy facing charges of assault (junior WR Kenric Young from Florida). Reportedly he was at an apartment complex pool party in NSL when someone asked him to pull up his pants because women and children were present. He responded with obscenities, threw his beer in the guy's face and then punched him several times in the face. Several others present were rumored to be Ute football players--but the only other citation issued was to a woman who is not believed to be an athlete.
I wonder if this gets any punishment or if it gets swept under the rug.
