The bullet points in the press release do not do justice to how damning the report is.



Repeatedly, the phrase "failed to" appears when referring to Baylor's approach to Titke IX, investigation of allegations, ensuring a safe environment etc.



One of the few instances of proactive activity deals with the football program where staff undertook their own investigation, discredited the plaintiff and otherwise sheltered its players.



The names who those who were responsible were not given. That will happen when the full report is released.

Thank you. That explains subsequent articles, that I read, indicating that staffers on both the administration and the athletic department had been terminated or otherwise disciplined but the names and associated punishment would not be revealed.
