The NCAA has created an anti-discrimination process for championship bids.

Cities bidding to host championships games will now have to show "how they will provide an environment that is safe, healthy and free of discrimination, plus safeguards the dignity of everyone involved in the event".

Sounds like they want the ACC to move championship games & tournaments out of North Carolina.
