The video is their hip hop routine, for which they took 2nd place. If there's a video of the Jazz routine that got 1st place, I don't know of it.

The BYU Cougarettes wrapped up three days of competition at the 2016 NDA Collegiate Cheer & Dance Championship by winning a national title in the Jazz Division 1A and finishing runner up in the Hip Hop Division 1A competition. The NDA Championships were held April 7-9 in Daytona Beach, Florida.

The Cougarettes, who have now won 16 national championships since 1997, captured the 2016 Jazz crown with a score of 9.920 to finish ahead of Texas Tech (9.774), Penn State (9.626), Missouri (9.606) and Central Michigan (9.523).

BYU finished runner-up in the Hip Hop division with a score of 9.61. Louisville (9.749) captured the 2016 title followed by BYU, Connecticut (9.477), Missouri (9.289) and Charlotte (9.206).

The Cougarettes were awarded “Best Choreography” in both the 1A Jazz & Hip Hop Division.

"I was very proud of the way we performed,” Cougarettes coach Jodi Maxfield said. “We worked hard all year to prepare for nationals and I felt we represent BYU well by winning our 16th national championship.”

The Cougarettes have won four NDA Open Division/Jazz IA championships (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016), four NDA Hip Hop Division IA championships (2011, 2012, 2013, 2015) and eight NDA Team Performance Division IA championships (1997, 1998, 1999, 2001, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2010). They were also United Spirit Association National Champions in 2005 and 2006.
