Not yet. We'll know a lot more after Super Tuesday, March 1st. With enough wins, Trump can take a dominant lead. In 2012, Romney won 225 delegates on Super Tuesday.



Regardless of what you think of Trump (he is not my 1st choice), he is light-years ahead of Obama who is constantly disregarding the Constitution and doing end runs around Congress with his Executive Orders and open border policy. Lawless.

Quite possibly far worse.

I won't vote for him, Sanders, or Hillary. Everyone else is a possibility. If it is Trump vs. Hillary or Sanders, I will likely write my own name in (because I would do better than any of those three), or look a little closer at 3rd party candidates.

I won't vote for Trump in the Primary. But, if he wins the GOP nomination, I will vote for him in the General election. There is no way I would sit on the sideline with either "shape-shifter" Benghazi Hillary or Socialist Bernie on the ticket. Remember, the Constitution is already hanging by a thread .....

If it's the constitution you're worried about, ya'll should have been making a much stronger push for Uncle Ron Paul while he was still running. That was a guy who was a constitutionalist first and asked questions later. I have my doubts that Romney would have respected the constitution.



Trump is not going to respect the constitution any more than either of "dem" candidates.

Trump is a democrat candidate. They've really stacked the deck this time.

The reality of Trump winning the GOP nomination just got 1 step closer, and Jeb Bush has dropped out today.



South Carolina

1. Trump 32.5%

2. Rubio 22.5%

3. Cruz 22.3%

4. Bush 7.8%

5. Kasich 7.6%

6. Carson 7.2%



I expect Carson to drop out any day - perhaps after the Nevada GOP Primary this Tues, Feb. 23. The money has to have dried up by now.

Here's the GOP delegate count after South Carolina.

Trump - 61

Cruz - 11

Rubio - 10

Kasich - 5

Bush - 4 (Dropped out after S. Carolina Primary, 2/20/16)

Carson - 3

Jeb Bush dropping out is finally dropping out. That will help Rubio since he has been the target of most of Jeb!'s attack ads. If you are going to drop out three hours after a primary then you really should have dropped out before the primary.



It is now a three-person race: Trump, Cruz and Rubio. The RNC should help Kasich and Carson also drop out.

Interesting, Glenn Beck is calling for Kasich and Carson to drop out so their votes will help defeat Trump. Beck is also fasting to help Cruz defeat Trump in the NV primary this Tues.

This is an interesting explanation for why Trump is appealing to the masses. I don't believe people's reasoning is justified, but it makes sense if people really think the ruling class has it out for them and they don't think they've got a chance of changing things anyway.

Very interesting article. It's not long at all. I read it carefully. I agree with his thoughts about Trump supporters. Insightful. Thought provoking.



I have at least 10-12 co-workers who are avid Trump supporters. These folks are not typically political. They are salt of the earth, smart, hard working, middle class, very dedicated employees - a managers dream.



They hate Obama and Hillary - and they want Trump to turn Washington upside down and inside out. They despise politicians - both liberals and the political correct GOP. All of their arguments for supporting Trump I cannot disagree with. They are sick and tired of the baby-pablum PC talk and the "promise everything do nothing" Washington elites. Trump is their guy.

I agree. And I'm not saying there's anything wrong with fasting for our "country." I had just never thought of to fast for a particular candidate. Not saying it's wrong, it just never crossed my mind.



And on a lighter note, I don't think 6M+ fasting for Romney helped him... (I'm not a big Romney fan) ;)
