Announced today the final three support staff hires, all three are Polynesian:

I couldnt care less that they are Polynesian, but I also wonder if KS is picking his staff based on ethnicity first, and experience/skill set second.

I specifically said I didn't care if they are polynesian, and Senorcougar said he cares that they are polynesian. Which speaks volumes of being a bigot and racist if you have any problem with any of the hires being polynesian.



Now if I said I didn't care that he was hiring polys over other experienced candidates, I would understand one caring about that. Which is why I asked him specifically why he cared about them being Polynesian, so we could get clarity on what he cares about.

Seriously, you think that he has a problem with them just because they're Polynesian? You don't give him any benefit of the doubt that there's probably a reason behind it, VERY likely the one that I brought up? :roll:

I'm going to chalk this response up to you replying late at night, as no one above a 5th grade reading level could possibly think I jumped to conclusions. I very clearly stated that I asked the question, to get clarity on what he cared about, and said IF someone had a problem with them being poly, they were racist and bigoted

This shows that you said he was a racist and a bigot for having a problem with any of the hires being Polynesian. Nowhere do you state that "IF" it's because of a legit concern, then it's understandable (in fact, you said that IF anyone has ANY PROBLEM with the hires being Polynesian, then they are a bigot and racist). Perhaps it's not reading skills, but writing skills that could use some work.

Sure, if you want to select portions of a conversation and take them out of context. And I'll also stand by that if anyone has a problem with them being polynesian, they are a racist and a bigot. If they said the same thing I did, where I wondered if KS was picking them for being polynesian first and skill/experience second that is completely different.



I was very clear on that point in the following paragraph that you conveniently left out. I'm done arguing about this. Them being poly or not is irrelevant.

The only hire I question is that of Reno Mahe. I believe he is woefully under-qualified and from what I have seen so far also appears to be un-serious about his new position as well.



I believe he was hired for more his personality and to help with recruiting than his knowledge of the Xs and Ox of coaching the position.



I do not believe someone with his experience would have been hired had he not a personal and racial connection to the head coach
