So according to Kacey Robbins (Charles West update came at the very end of the audio), the day that Charles West finds out if all the legal issues are resolved is February 12--which explains why he wasn't enrolled in the winter semester for spring ball. Also, with Guy Holliday moving over to Utah, Utah is now coming after him to potentially go to there. I guess it will be interesting to see how that plays out--and at least we know of a date to keep in mind for an update.
