I already applied. I emailed Tom Holmoe and suggested a meeting at Costco food court. I offered to buy him 2 Polish Dawgs - and - I offered to run and get his drink refills (to prove my athletic ability and quick feet).



Sadly, negotiations broke down when Holmoe's people demanded additionally - a twisted Churro, a chocolate Gelato, and a BBQ Beef Brisket sandwich to go. Unreasonable. Way too demanding.

You remind me of BYU going cheap and expecting a lot.

Hot dog snobs will tell you that Ketchup has no place on a hot dog. I may not be a hot dog snob, but I sympathize with them on that issue.

Sorry - I'm a heretic on the ketchup issue. The only time I don't put ketchup on is when I have a "sauerkraut" dawg - then it's deli-mustard only. Other wise, I pile it on. Deli-mustard, ketchup, relish and chopped onions - though I prefer grilled onions piled high (Costco does not offer grilled onions - bastards!).

BTW - a sidebar issue - the best mustard I have ever had is Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 mustard. Sensational. I gave it as a Christmas present to Bishopric and Stake Presidency a couple years back. They loved it. I highly recommend. Great tailgate hot-dawg and burger treat.
