LV Bowl Game

it is almost time to talk about the game on Saturday. I will be there.



ESPN just had a long segment on BYU



Here are the takeaways:



1) BYU will get scooped up by a P5 conference soon because they're a P5 team right now.

2) The schedule next year is extremely tough. If BYU goes undefeated, they'll be in the playoff conversation.

3) Ken N. would be a great hire by BYU. He's a game manager and other coaches want to work for him.

4) There's no way that Ken N. would run the flexbone as the main offense at BYU. He'd have resources to get better players and better coaches.

5) The "Holy War" in "Sin City" is one of the most intriguing bowl games of the year. It's a shame that BYU and Utah aren't playing every single year. The bowl organizers got it right.



Overall, Ed Cunningham was VERY complimentary of the team and the program. He spoke highly of Bronco and Ken N.

I will be there - It will be nice to see a game for real! I've listened to a lot of Greg Wrubell this year without access to seeing much live on TV. I'm really looking forward to this opportunity to see the team.

I'm getting concerned that Utah can totally sellout on allowing Wilson to run as they know longer need him to be healthy. That along with the backup RB getting a lot of reps should make their run game much stronger.

BYU is allowing all suspended players to play in this game. IMO, that gives us a leg up on the defensive side of things. BYU already had a better offense than utah so on paper we should be able to win this one. Now it depends on whether the players play focused or if they decide to put the ball on the ground multiple times and allow a bad utah team to win because of turnovers.

Who does this actually apply to? TakiTaki? I'm not sure there are any others.

Pikula is another.



I believe this game will turn on turnovers. We've been good this year. hopefully we win that battle.
