Firstly, I want to preface this post with the fact that it's not supposed to be a "We won, so now I'll be nice and look for up-votes" type of thread.



I would like to genuinely thank all of the BYU fans who made the trip here to Ann Arbor for the game yesterday. BYU was well-represented by those who traveled. I was extremely impressed with the amount of BYU gear I noticed in the stands.



Here is the best part, EVERY SINGLE BYU fan I conversed with responded with the utmost courtesy, both before and after the game! The amount of pride that you show for your team, university, and church is extremely refreshing in today's society. I, for one, will ALWAYS respect Brigham Young University and it's fans for the reasons mentioned above.



For those of you who traveled, I hope you enjoyed your time in Ann Arbor and at the Big House as well. I hope you found it to be as much as it was hyped-up to be. I know I still don't have a voice from yesterday!



Thanks again for making yesterday an awesome GameDay environment! Sending good vibes from Michigan for the rest of your season!

This made my day a little better - literally every single one of my sports teams lost this weekend. And in BYU's case, it was an absolute back of the woodshed style beatdown.



I hope you win out, and that we see you again on the field shortly. There are a few rotten eggs in every barrel, but I'm glad to hear about your experience. May our shared hatred of Urban Meyer unite us!

I can assure you that I completely understand how you feel. Being a fan of both the Michigan Wolverines and Detroit Lions fan during the 2008-2010 seasons was extremely tough on me, and ultimately led to an accelerated blood pressure (joking..kind of..)



I had to endure the tough Rich Rod years coincide with the Lions DEFEATED season.. I assure you, it does get better! (Even though my Lions are off to quite the lackluster start so far in 2015.)

Hey Respect- what a class act you are. Thank you for representing in such a classy way. You have a very good football team - and landed a great coach.



It's was funny in my house yesterday. My mother-in-law went to and graduated from Michigan. Although in her 70's now, she is a die-hard Wolverine fan. Some of her fondest memories are of her college years at UofM, attending home football games, and cheering for her beloved Big Blue.



Thanks for the time and effort it took to write your post, and your thoughts. You have some tough games ahead with Mich. St. and Ohio St. Good luck to you. You'll be ready. Harbaugh will make sure of that.

I have not liked your team since 1984. Your coach was a sour grapes guy and didn't say nice things after their loss to BYU. You've turned it around for me. It's amazing how powerful kindness can be!

My weekend was the same! While BYU was getting beat down, I was helping "coach" my 14 year old's baseball team to a thumping 8-1 loss. It was sickening and when I would check on THE game it went from 21-0 to 28-0 to 31-0. I was recording it but I'm glad I looked at the score. After dealing with the baseball game (we have some kids I just can't coach- they played travel ball so they know everything and are the best players around yada yada), I don't think I was in any condition to watch BYU lay its biggest egg since Fla St. and Utah.
