Both Warner and Keaton Torre (QB who also committed this week) were at the Boise State game. What a great game and environment for recruiting.

This years team is the most physically talented team ever at BYU...until next years team. Not getting either of these guys if playing in the MWC.

losing BK is a big downgrade on the Dline. So net net im not sure its more athletic next year. Fortunately we get Tuiloma back for another year. But Graham Rowely is aso a SR. so...

Now if we were somehow to get the Bolles kid (a birdie told me BYU was still possible), then I would start to believe.

I so want Bolles to come. That would really bolster the OL.

Per twitter today, Warner recently made a visit to USC and liked it there, so he will decide in the next few weeks between the two. Translation--unless he likes BYU's new staff, he's gone.

Guaranteed already done. HOWELL has texted him. Bet you money. Fortunately UVa is just too far away.

Warner is doing what any smart recruit would do - evaluate options in case the new BYU coaching team isn't appealing. That is why it is very important for TH to be very thoughtful in selecting the HC and his assistants as the repercussions will be very impactful - for better or for worse.

With his big brother at BYU, the Cougars still have the inside track. It would have to be a BAD change to move this kid.

One of the nice things is that he's already signed an agreement, albeit non-binding, to BYU. My guess is he stays true to the commit, but BYU desperately needs to hire Kalani or Lance this week to ensure he stays.
